Turcia:

Două F-16 turcești au decolat de urgență după ce un elicopter Mi-17 sirian s-a apropiat de graniță în jurul orei 1130GMT. Elicopterul a fost doborât după ce s-a aventurat 2 kilometri în spațiul aerian suveran al Turciei.

“It was repeatedly warned by our air defense elements. When the violation continued, our planes … hit the helicopter at 14:27 with a missile causing it to fall on Syrian soil,” a declarat vicepremierul Bülent Arınç.

Ministrul turc de externe, Ahmet Davutoğlu, declara la Paris: “Turkey will definitely not allow any violation of its borders. … We will defend our borders and our people’s security to the end. No one will have the nerve to violate Turkey’s borders in any way again.”

Declarația oficială a sirienilor sună cam asa:

A military helicopter had been lost on Monday afternoon “09/16/2013″ during the a reconnaissance sorties to control the infiltration of terrorists across the Turkish border in “Alyonseah” area near the village of “Bdama” in the countryside of Latakia. After the investigates shows that helicopter mistakenly entered Turkish airspace for a short distance and then returned towards the Syrian territory immediately upon receipt the competent guidance from the command center. During the exit of the helicopter, a Turkish warplanes have targeted it directly to fall inside Syrian territory. The hasty reaction from the Turkish side, especially that the plane was on the way back, and were not charged in any combat missions, is nothing but a proof of “Erdogan” government’s true intentions toward the Syria in straining the atmosphere and the escalation of the situation on the border between the two countries.

Victoria a fost obținută de un F-16 din Escadrila 181 cu ajutorul unei rachete AIM-9 Sidewinder. Cel puțin unul dintre piloții elicopterului sirian s-a salvat sărind cu parașuta, doar pentru a fi întâmpinat călduros de ”rebelii” FSA cu foc de armament ușor de infanterie. Unele surse spun ca pilotul era deja decedat la aterizare, altele ca a fost decapitat ”ajutat” să decedeze de către rebelii sirieni. Informatiile par să fie confirmate de postări pe rețelele de socializare(nu pun link-ul aici datorită conținutului grafic).

Deci, după toate aparențele, turcii nu rămân datori…
